This Privacy Policy describes how TBLDC (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Estou Aquimobile application (the “App”). The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email, or other personal details. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or sign in, and we do not collect personal information that identifies you. We collect only the following:

• Anonymous usage & analytics data:basic, non-identifying interaction data — such as which events, reels, or exhibitors are viewed — used to understand and improve the App. This includes an anonymous device identifier and general device and app information (such as device model, operating system, and app version). It is not linked to your identity.
• Device & locale settings: your language and region settings, used to localize content.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location, or any content you create.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide core features such as event discovery, interactive floor plans, and content.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the App.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the App.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the App — including Supabase (content and data hosting), PostHog (product analytics), and Amazon Web Services (hosting) — and only as needed to deliver the service or comply with the law.

4. Data Retention & Security

Anonymous usage data is retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the App. We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encryption in transit.

5. Your Choices

Because the App does not collect personal information that identifies you, there is no account to delete. You can stop all further data collection at any time by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of anonymous analytics data associated with your device, email us at simon@tbldc.org.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
